The Kazakhstan ASELSAN Engineering (KAE) Limited Company was established in February 2011.

KAE is active in the areas of the modernization of electro-optic and electronic devices and systems, helicopter avionics and armored vehicles in meeting the needs of the Kazakhstan military and non-military organizations and neighboring countries. The company also conducts integration activities of above-mentioned systems to all types of platforms.. Fifty percent of KAE capital is held by the Kazakhstan Engineering Company, 49 percent by ASELSAN and 1 percent by SSM.
