This project aims to enable the real-time detection of targets and objects using a multispectral camera system integrated into a VTOL UAV platform. Within the scope of the developed system, multispectral data processed using artificial intelligence–based signature-driven analysis methods to ensure high-accuracy and rapid classification and identification of targets (such as narcotic plants). The MANTIS project aims to achieve superior detection performance compared to conventional image processing techniques through the integrated analysis of data acquired across multiple spectral bands, while providing enhanced decision-support capabilities for defence and security operations.
